Our Top Christmas Workouts

Alright!! The Christmas chicken should have settled in a little bit and I hope you’re ready to move.

I know someone is saying April I’ll start next year but nope, I’m saying try and do these moves so that you can still fit into the dresses you planned to wear this Christmas season.

I know this season everyone is basically a home buddy so I didn’t want you to give an excuse, which I why I chose simple moves that can be done at home and will yield RESULTS šŸ”„šŸ”„.

Let’s go over them shall we?

1) Squat Jumps: this particular workout is a personal favorite. It’s doing so many things at once, it’s shaping your glutes and legs and burning fat because it’s HIIT.

Basically, you start by doing a squat, engage your core and then move into a jump. Aim to go higher and faster so that you can burn more calories without doing too much.

2) Plank + Push-ups: you’ll be feeling the burn in no time ladies I promise you.

This workout merges planks and push-ups so it’s pretty easy to do but that alternating will work your muscles and the best part is you only need your floor.

Start with a plank position, really engage your core, hold it for 1 minute and then do 10 Push-ups, get back into plank and then Push-ups again until you’ve done at least 10 reps.

3) High Knees: if you’ve been wondering how you need to get flexible for all the dancing this period, this workout will get you there.

It really stretches your hamstrings and makes you more flexible.

You basically raise each knee up to your waist level, touching it with your hands. You increase the pace until you’re jumping.

Trust me ladies, these workouts will have sweat running down you and you’ll be thankful for the release.

Happy Holidays to you šŸŽ‰šŸŽ‰
