Healthy Banana Bread!

2 cups whole wheat flour

1 tablespoon baking powder

1/2tablespoon baking soda

Pinch of salt 

2 ripe bananas

2 eggs

30g coconut oil

50g raisins

1/2 cup maple syrup

1 cup of skimmed milk/yogurt

Method:

Preheat oven at 200 degrees. Seive and mix all dry ingredients together. Mash bananas in a bowl, break in eggs and mix together. Add milk, maple and coconut oil and stir. Then add in dry ingredients, stir and add in raisins. Bake for 45mins or more if required!

*Please don’t eat more than a slice a day* 😒😂
