How To Build A Healthy Burger

So I know that most people love their burgers and fries very likely as well, and as a fitness coach and nutritionist, one of the sustainable ways I preach to lose weight and keep it off, is not cutting off things entirely from your diet, but managing quantity and learning to substitute the unhealthy for the healthy.

On that note, I decided to give the recipe for building a healthy burger and fries, so that you can enjoy having a new spin on the a favorite and having something different from the quinoa and veggies everyday.

Don’t forget how healthy and even cheaper this is, since you’ll be making them yourself with items in your kitchen as opposed to getting in a queue to buy this and spending more money.

I will also advise taking this to just about everything you eat. Be smart about food such that you don’t eliminate food groups or your favorites but make them healthier. The easiest way to do this is to swap some items for veggies and make your own cream.

Here’s that healthy burger recipe šŸ˜‹šŸ˜‰;

What you need;

Burger bread

Chicken breast

Seasoning cubes

Curry

Thyme

Vegetable oil

Lettuce

Tomatoes

Lime (optional)

1/4 Avocado (optional)

Preparation;

Season and grill your chicken till it’s well cooked

Toast your burger bread and set aside

Blend your avocado and lime to make your cream.

Layer your burgers with lettuce, tomatoes, chicken and your cream.

Enjoy your burger šŸ˜‹šŸ˜‹
