Drink Your Way To Health

Our body mass is made up of over 50% water. Water is extremely essential to stay alive and healthy. It’s a good test to check your water intake level by observing the color of your urine from time to time. Typically, the darker it is, the more water you need.

However, water isn’t the only liquid we need to achieve weightloss, there are a few others to help your health goals. Shall we dive in?

1) Water; Water is definitely the number one liquid for weightloss and healthy living. The daily recommended intake of water for an adult is between 2 – 4 litres of water. Water is extremely beneficial in cleansing the system, lubricating joints and keeping the temperature normal.
If you’re having difficulty getting enough water, try buying a two litre water bottle, filling it up and finishing it everyday.

You can also try to infuse your water with fruits to make it easier to drink.
Try to start your water intake early in the day so that it helps to prevent dizziness while working out.

2) Green Tea; I bet you already heard about this one right? Green tea is extremely beneficial for weightloss as it cleanses the system, clears the skin and even makes you feel full, thereby avoiding overeating.

Due to the high amounts of antioxidants and catechins, it helps increase metabolism, thereby aiding weightloss.

3) Black Coffee; coffee is a great booster for weightloss as it subdues the appetite, boosts metabolism and increase fat burning.

Feel free to take your black coffee as a snack, before workouts and to accompo meals.

It also has zero calories and as such, it can be taken quite frequently. Of course, make sure not to overdo it, to avoid any complications.

4) Ginger Tea; Ginger is an amazing spice. From treating common colds, coughs and even arthritis, it also acts as a metabolism booster to aid digestion and weightloss.

Ginger tea also suppresses the appetite and takes care of hunger pangs.
