Hey guys! Welcome to the month of May!
As is our culture at the #LifestyleChangeWithApril, we have a monthly challenge every month to keep things interesting and fun.
This month however, we decided to step out of our norm, and instead of one challenge for a month, we decided to do 30 days of 30 different healthy habits.
Our hope is that by practicing one healthy habit per day, we will have found ourselves healthier and more inspired to continue this lifestyle.
