I haven’t worked out in a long time. Can I still join the challenge?
Absolutely! The workouts are designed to be beginner-friendly while still offering a challenge for more advanced participants. You can take it at your own pace, and we’ll provide modifications if needed, so you feel confident every step of the way.
What times are the live classes?
We offer live workouts at 5 a.m., 11 a.m., and 9 p.m. London times , giving you multiple opportunities to join in, no matter your schedule. Pick the time that works best for you or attend all three if you’re up for it!
Are the classes recorded?
Yes! All classes are recorded, so if you miss a live session or need to work out at a different time, you can catch up at your own convenience. You’ll have access to all the recordings throughout the challenge.
What equipment will I need to join?
You’ll need just a few basic items: A pair of dumbbells A mat for floor exercises A water bottleto stay hydrated Comfortableworkout clothes and shoes
Can I join with a friend?
Absolutely! The more the merrier. Having a friend join can help with motivation and accountability. Just share this page with them, and they can sign up too!
How long are the workouts?
Each workout is designed to be around 60 minutes long—short, effective, and easy to fit into your day. You’ll get a full-body workout without needing to spend hours in the gym!
What if I have an injury or health condition?
Safety first! If you have any injuries or health conditions, please consult with your doctor before starting the challenge. Once you get the green light, feel free to modify any exercises to suit your comfort level. I’ll be offering modifications during the workouts as well.
How do I access the workouts and nutrition tips?
You’ll receive an email every morning during the challenge with links to the workout of the day and nutrition tips. Make sure you subscribe to our mailing list and check your inbox each day to stay on track!
What kind of results can I expect?
Many past participants have seen results such as increased energy, improved strength, reduced inches, and weight loss in just 7 days. While every body is different, committing to the workouts and nutrition plan can set you up for amazing progress!
What happens after the challenge?
After the 7 days, we’ll provide information on how you can keep your results going. There are plenty of options to help you maintain and build on your progress.
