Thank you April- you were definitely God sent. I am so grateful for this program, for you! Anyone who knows me will tell u how much I’ve struggled with weight loss, how many diets I’ve tried and how many gyms I’ve joined(mostly high end ones🙄🤦🏾♀️) which I’d go twice and stop. Consistency has always been my weakness but since I joined 12 weeks ago I’ve probably only missed 2 or 3 classes. My start weight was 94KG now 86.8KG P.S- can I also mention that I have PCOS which makes it very hard to lose weight but….I’m doing it! It’s happening! I feel good, mentally, emotionally and physically❣️
