Welcome to the April Laugh New Year Bootcamp! Starting 10th of January, 2022! As an amazing community we are going to complete 12 weeks of intense daily live workouts, we are going to enjoy 12 weeks of new weight loss meal plans, recipes and stay accountable as a team until we achieve all of our New Year goals TOGETHER! ย
If ever there was a year when we need a complete reboot and a fresh start, this is it!ย New Yearโs resolutions could all be similar for 2022, and largely revolve around getting back to having fun, socialising and losing unwanted weight.
Which is why we have launched our New Year Bootcamp! Itโs to support you in gaining back control of your energy levels, fitness, food and sense of wellbeing while losing that weight!
This is not some sort of โquick fixโ or one of those temporary โNew Year New Meโ deals. Itโs about getting lively and fun support to benefit from a healthier lifestyle. Our New Year Bootcamp will change your whole attitude to food and fitness, and develop good habits you will carry with you for the rest of your life.
Thatโs because our New Year Bootcamp is a combination of food, fitness and fun to transform your relationship with what you eat and how you exercise! Are you ready?! Challenge starts 10th of January, 2022 and ends 31st of March, 2022!ย
There really has never been a better time to rise to the challenge!ย Remember though, this is not โjustโ going to be your path to improving your fitness, physique and food relationship in 2022. It is giving you inspiration, ideas and guidelines that set you up for life.ย It is not just the joys of our online fitness classes and virtual coaching that have become apparent in the long months of 2021. We have also developed and sustained our friendships using our electronic devices through the global pandemic.
One of the wonderful things about our New Year Bootcamp is that you can continue to benefit from online friendship and support, focused on helping you to find a healthier lifestyle via our amazing community.
It starts with access to a rich wealth of advice and support from our professional coaches. However, our community of happy members will also be there for you, as you take up the April Laugh New Year Challenge.
