April Laugh New Year Challenge
If ever there was a year when we need a complete reboot and a fresh start, this is it!
New Year’s resolutions could all be similar for 2021, and largely revolve around getting back to having fun, socialising and losing lockdown weight.
Which is why I have launched my New Year Challenge! It’s to support you in gaining back control of your energy levels, fitness, food and sense of wellbeing.
This is not some sort of ‘quick fix’ or one of those temporary ‘New Year New Me’ deals. It’s about getting lively and fun support to benefit from a healthier lifestyle. My challenge will change your whole attitude to food and fitness, and develop good habits you will carry with you for the rest of your life.
It doesn’t matter where you are on your weight loss journey or what you haven’t achieved yet. The only thing that matters is the commitment you’re willing to put it in this year.
Your self care is important, your general wellness is important for you to function and flourish in other areas of your life.
Now is the time to invest in YOU and put your health first.
Investing in a better you
You have to love yourself to want to do something about it. Have a vision board, what do you want to look like? What do you want to achieve? Weight loss IS self love. Let’s help you love yourself to better health this 2021.

It is not just the joys of online fitness classes and virtual coaching that have become apparent in the long months of 2020. We have also developed and sustained our friendships using our electronic devices through the global pandemic.
