I’m a qualified personal trainer, certified nutritionist, and fitness entrepreneur, here to help you take control of your health and wellbeing.
I am also a wife and a mom of two energetic toddlers so I know just what it takes to stay healthy and fit whilst leading an incredibly busy life. Just like you, I have my fair share of emotional and mental stressors that are capable of discouraging healthy living and advancing mental and physical illnesses. But even when it seems impossible, I stay the course of exercise and healthy eating.
I believe that these are the two simple but effective keys to staying fit and I practice exactly what I teach. My workout sessions are unique because I do not merely give you orders to achieve your goals, I set my goals too and work as hard as I tell you to. You get to see me achieve my goals just like I’ll see you achieve my goals. And together we’ll continue to build a community of healthy and strong women.
