Quinoa Plantain Meatballs


300g Cooked Quinoa

300g Lamb Mince

1 Egg

1 Medium Plantain

2 Tablespoons Olive oil

2 Tablespoons Tomato Puree 


  1. Preheat the oven at 350F/180C
  2. Place all the ingredients in a big bowl 
  3. Mix everything
  4. Place one tablespoon of mix in your hands and roll it forming a small ball.
  5. Carefully place meatballs on a parchment paper on a baking sheet.
  6. Drizzle some Olive Oil on top of the meatballs.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes and enjoy!
