"Hmm where do I start from...After my first child I was told exclusive breastfeeding will make my tummy go down which I did but men!! No show!!! Had my second baby and I really wanted a change so I found the LifestyleChangeWithApril on IG which I joined and God helping me it has been good so far I've lost 7kg in 5weeks which is amazing... "Thank you April- you were definitely God sent. I am so grateful for this program, for you! Anyone who knows me will tell u how much I’ve struggled with weight loss, how many diets I’ve tried and how many gyms I’ve joined(mostly high end ones🙄🤦🏾♀️) which I’d go twice and stop. Consistency has always been my weakness but since I joined 12 weeks ago I’ve probably only missed 2 or 3 classes. My start weight was 94KG now 86.8KG P.S- can I also mention that I have PCOS which makes it very hard to lose weight but....I’m doing it! It’s happening! I feel good, mentally, emotionally and physically❣️"
