Absolutely. Location is not a problem, we have members from over 20 countries on the program and we are making it work. All communications are virtual and we are readily available to respond to any question.

You do not have to register in a gym. We will guide you on effective workouts that doesn’t require a gym.

Absolutely. The Lifestyle Change with April is a one-off payment but we do take instalments from people that request for it. Please send an email to info@aprillaugh.co.uk to request for this.

Upon payment, you will receive your meal plan ahead of time before your session starts. We only take a small number of new clients monthly and coach them till their goals are achieved. Spots are first-come, first-served, so don’t delay in signing up to get a spot.

If your goals are not achieved within your chosen plan, existing members are able to renew for 12 weeks or monthly till their goals are reached. Otherwise, you can opt out at the end of your plan to continue on your own.

You receive a payment confirmation mail, with a link that takes you to where you fill out a questionnaire telling our team about your current lifestyle, eating patterns, body measurements, and nutritional history to ensure you get the best start possible.

We will now create your your meal plan with recipes that are family friendly. After 5 working days, you should be receiving your Meal Plan via email; with a follow up from our support team to begin your journey on the Lifestyle Change with April.

We do not give refunds on the Lifestyle Change with April. On occasions where clients get pregnant, they can easily move to the nursing plan after delivery. All sales made on aprillaugh.co.uk are final and we don’t give a refund.
