Back Ache & Knee Pains Gone!

For over a decade, I saw the weight creeping up on me and I couldn’t do anything about it. I hated it but I didn’t even know where to start. I was weighing a whopping 231 Pounds, with high blood pressure, no self confidence and feeling miserable about my body. I came across April Laugh on IG and saw some amazing transformations! I was impressed but I still didn’t believe I could do it. I threw caution to the wind and signed up with her. When she got my body statistics and told me I had to lose 75 Pounds 😢, I almost told her that wouldn’t be possible so I was no longer interested. But I encouraged myself and told myself to take it a day at a time. She made me write down my goals, and I said I wanted to lose the 75 Pounds in 12 months.
