About April Laugh
April Laugh is online coaching, designed to offer long-term wellness, group accountability and total body transformation.
The April Laugh story started in 2015, when I was selected for a fitness challenge with TW Magazine in Lagos. I had been unhappy and unhealthy, but after a few short weeks of daily workouts and healthy eating, I felt fantastic.
Thanks to my newfound confidence, I met my husband, who was fascinated with my fitness journey. I helped him lose 40kg in eight months and posted his transformation story to my Instagram. My following exploded and the comments were overflowing with people requesting my secret to success.
When I fell pregnant with my first child, I shared my post pregnancy workout regimen and a healthy eating meal plan with my followers. It was so effective at getting me back into shape and helping with my nursing nutrition that I used it after my second pregnancy, too! My fitness journey was so well received that I decided to start April Laugh.
I am now a fitness coach, online health coach and certified nutritionist. I design fitness programs and nutrition courses which focus on the development of healthy habits for life, supported by a community of women who are here to motivate and celebrate you every blessed day.
