Hi! My name is April Laugh and I’ve been a weight loss coach for over 5 years now! Life happened during the pandemic and I gained weight. Yes, coaches are also human beings and we all go through life challenges. I committed to losing the weight and I lost 10 pounds in less than 30 days! The last year has taken its toll on all of us, both physically and emotionally. While almost all of us are itching to be let out of the house for summer, it's also true that many people are looking in the mirror and are not happy with what they see. A lot can change in twelve months, meaning even the most committed health guru can falter amidst the sluggishness of lockdown. From personal experience, when I noticed my weight gain, it was simply another stress that I did not need. One thing lockdown has taught us, however, is the importance of community. Even when unable to see our loved ones, communities blossomed across the internet to keep people social under the stressful circumstances. Whether to show off our ventures in baking or simply binging the new True Crime series, we did our best to make self-isolation less, well, isolating. This is why I compiled all my meals, methods and strategies that I learnt throughout my experience in my 30 day program FLAB to FIT – Lose 10 Pounds in 30 Days.

Meet April Laugh

April Laugh is a fitness coach, online health coach and certified nutritionist who designs fitness programs and nutrition courses for people of color. She focuses her methods on the development of healthy habits for life and supports a community of women who also provide support and motivation for each other. April is also a mother to two toddlers, Bryan and Flo, whose healthy lifestyles have inspired many more parents and children to eat and live more intentionally.
